For two special nights in December — and again for a Valentine’s Edition in February — guests will enjoy a curated menu built around the unforgettable flavor, tenderness, and richness of Wilders’ world-class Wagyu beef. One of the highlights of the evening is the tableside stone sear. Guests receive a choice of a Wagyu filet or strip, brought out sizzling on a 400-degree stone.

It’s interactive, theatrical, and unforgettable — a meal that comes alive right at the table.

Each dinner includes:

1. Amuse-Bouche

A playful, flavorful sushi bite to awaken the palate.

2. Warm Soup Course

Clam Chowder soup crafted fresh for the evening.

3. House Signature Salad

Grilled Caesar Salad for a refreshing balance before the main course.

4. Wagyu EntrĂ©e — Filet or Strip

Served sizzling on a 400° stone with compound butter, finishing salt and Japanese steak sauce. Choice of Grilled Asparagus, Steamed Brocolli or Twice Smashed Potato.

5. CrÚme Brûlée Dessert

A perfect finale — comforting, elegant, and lightly torched.
