At Ruckus, we love supporting our community, but the groups that raise the most are the ones that Post and Play. They bring the energy, the people, and the excitement that make their Giveback a true event.
Here’s How to Do It Right
- 1. Promote with Purpose
- You’ll get two ready-made graphics:
- 📄 an 8.5×11 poster for schools and bulletin boards
- 📱 and a 600×600 Instagram image for social media.
- Use them everywhere!
- Share in your school newsletter, on your social channels, in parent chats, and community groups.
- Don’t just post once — post and share repeatedly.
2. Make the 5–7 p.m. Social Hour the Main Event
Your Giveback runs all day, but the 5:00–7:00 p.m. Social Hour is where the fun happens.
Plan for your group to gather at Ruckus, hang out, and celebrate together.
When people see the energy — full tables, laughter, and your group having fun — it spreads. Others want to be part of it, too!
3. Post and Play: Create Great Video Content
Here’s where the magic really happens.
Gather your Big Personalities — the outgoing parents, the kids, the team leaders.
Come by the restaurant and create a fun video together.
We’ll even schedule a 30-minute session with Robert, the owner, so you can film pizza-making, taste-testing, and all the action.
Then, everyone posts it across their social media.
Make it fun, funny, energetic — show off your group and the spirit behind your cause!

4. Keep It Classy
While we love your enthusiasm, please remember:
🚫 You cannot go table-to-table asking other guests to join your Giveback.
We want everyone at Ruckus to have a great experience.
Your role is to drive your own group’s turnout and make the event awesome.
5. Earn While You Have Fun
We give back 15% of sales from guests who mention your group’s Giveback.
The more people you bring in, the more funds your group earns.
So don’t Post and Pray.
