Ruckus Rewards & Offers

Ruckus 2.0 Inc, operating as Ruckus Pizza, sends recurring marketing and promotional text messages to guests who opt in — rewards, birthday offers, restaurant specials, events and location announcements for our Raleigh-area restaurants. Messages may contain links.

How to Join

Opt in at https://connect.ruckuspizza.com/connect/login, which is also presented as the guest WiFi sign-in page inside our restaurants. Enter your mobile number, verify it with the one-time passcode we text you, then tick the consent box — it is not checked by default. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Ruckus Pizza is not responsible for charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. You can also turn texts off in the guest portal.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon and most major US carriers.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
